Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MultiX platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable laws and regulations. These terms apply to all users of our services, including Broker organizations that subscribe to our SaaS platform and end users who access services through a Broker. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

MultiX provides a B2B SaaS platform that enables licensed financial service providers to operate and manage their business. Our services include:

• Back-office and CRM tools for Broker organizations
• Client portal technology, including a white-label mobile application, made available to Broker clients
• Reporting, analytics, and account management features
• Secure communication and notification infrastructure
• Integration capabilities with third-party services and data providers

User Accounts and Eligibility

Access to the MultiX platform is granted to Broker organizations through a subscription agreement and to end users through their registered Broker. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Any unauthorized access or security incident must be reported immediately to your Broker or to MultiX.

Nature of the Platform — Important Notice

MultiX is a technology and software provider only. We do not provide investment advice, financial planning, order execution, custody of funds, or any regulated financial service. All financial services, regulatory obligations, client onboarding, and fund management are the sole responsibility of the licensed Broker operating through our platform. Any disputes regarding financial transactions, account balances, or investment outcomes must be directed to your Broker.

Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and materials within the MultiX platform and mobile application are the property of MultiX or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Broker organizations are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform under their subscription agreement. End users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform or application.

Limitation of Liability

MultiX provides its platform and services on an «as is» basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MultiX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or mobile application. MultiX is not responsible for the financial services, decisions, regulatory compliance, or actions of any Broker using our platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Broker organizations in advance and notified to end users through the platform or mobile application. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
