This Privacy Policy describes how MultiX («we», «us», or «our») collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our software platform and services. MultiX operates a B2B SaaS platform that enables licensed financial service providers («Brokers») to manage client relationships, back-office operations, and client-facing portals — including a mobile application («App») made available to Broker clients. This policy covers all users of our platform: Broker organizations that subscribe to our services, and end users who access our services through a Broker.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with our platform, we may collect the following types of information:
- Business contact details (name, company name, email address, phone number) provided during onboarding or account registration
- Account credentials used to access the platform or mobile application
- Device and technical information such as device type, operating system, browser, IP address, and unique device identifiers
- Usage data including platform interactions, session duration, feature usage, and access logs
- Push notification tokens for delivering alerts and communications through the mobile application
- Biometric authentication data processed locally on your device only — never transmitted to or stored on our servers
- Payment and billing information processed through our secure payment providers
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve our platform and services. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with your Broker organization as the primary account holder and data controller for end user data, with cloud infrastructure and service providers operating under strict data processing agreements, and with regulatory authorities or law enforcement when required by applicable law. All third-party processors are contractually bound to protect your data and process it only for authorized purposes.
Data Retention and Security
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. We apply industry-standard security controls including encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.2+), encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. Upon termination of a Broker's subscription, data is handled in accordance with the applicable data processing agreement.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of your personal data. End users should direct data requests to their Broker as the primary data controller.
